Are Larger Units Available?
Yes, we can combine units to create one larger than 5,000 square feet
Do units have cable, internet, and other utilities?
Yes! All will be provided at the owner's/renter's monthly expense.
Is the facility secure?
Absolutely! Full Throttle Auto Club offers a gated community with 24/7 video surrvielance.
Can I live in the unit?
No
Are these units used for hangouts?
Uses include luxury garage, office, hangout space, etc.
Can I rent my unit out?
Yes. If you purchase the unit, you own it and can rent it out as long as it agrees with community guidelines.
What is the estimated HOA?
$250 to $350 per month depending on unit size.
Is there outside storage?
No.
What does PHASE-1 consist of?
In PHASE-1 we are looking to see if there is a desire for our services in the given area. If the demand is met, we will begin construction on the luxury garages and warehouse.
Is everything already built?
No, the Full Throttle Auto Club locations will only be built if the desire and demand is met in the area.
What does PHASE-2 consist of?
Phase two will consist of the construction of a central clubhouse, detailing services, a DIY garage, and much more!
Can I use my unit to store other items than cars?
